My product does not meet my expectations, what should I do now?

Is the ordered part not as expected? Ordered parts can be returned within 8 days of purchase.

Send an e-mail to info@renkensonderdelen.nl with the invoice number, we can always help you to send the correct part. If you have received a confirmation from us, you can return the part to us. Make sure that the part is properly packaged to prevent any transport damage.

Returning is entirely at your own risk. Costs may be charged for any transport damage.

Package not received

Was your package not delivered or is it taking longer than usual? Please report this within three weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation via email. We must report missing packages to PostNL within 30 days. We will then resolve the matter together with PostNL as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.

Shipping costs can be declared in the following cases:

⏺ The part was delivered defective.

⏺ The part you received is not what you ordered.
